Goju Ryu Karate Palmerston North

A karate club dedicated to preserving the traditional art of Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate. The Palmerston North dojo is part of IOGKFNZ.
We have both childrens and adults classes for ages 5+

How To Join

New members are welcome anytime, with the first two lessons at no cost or commitment.

When and where we meet

Training days are Tuesdays & Fridays during school terms. Kids 6-7pm, Adults 7-8pm - advanced till 8:30pm, Hokowhitu School Hall, Albert St.
