Palmerston North Scrabble Group

Suitable for players of all skill levels. Come and play with others to practice and improve your word knowledge and strategies or just have fun. We are a small friendly group who enjoy the game and complete 2 games in 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon.

Depending on the day, we play in pairs or three per board.

PROVIDED: Scrabble sets and turntables, joy of the game.
We can provide you lists of the 2-3-4 letter word lists if interested.

The original group started meeting up in 2006 and has met in various locations around Palmy since then. 19 years later, come join the current group who enjoy playing Scrabble.

How To Join

If interested contact us via email, text, phone or drop by on a Sunday. You are very welcome to join us and see if they way we play works for you.

Membership Fees

No cost first visit. Thereafter, $2 per person (two games) each Sunday. If coming regularly, the annual membership is $15/year. All costs are to help cover hiring/heating etc. for use of the facilities.

Front lounge of the Senior Citizens Hall (next to Davis Trading)
