Sing Ong Tai Chi Palmerston North
Sing Ong Tai Chi is an international organisation dedicated to the study and quality tuition of Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, headed by Professor Yek Sing Ong (now based in Auckland).
Tai Chi is good for health, relaxation and martial applications. It promotes good posture and breathing. Sing Ong Tai Chi Palmerston North is a place for serious Tai Chi study, in a supportive and welcoming environment.
How To Join
New members can join at any time. It's a good idea to contact us first so we can have a chat about how the class is structured, what clothing to wear, etc.

When and Where We Meet
Branch Instructor Lester Wong takes classes at the Community Leisure Centre (569 Fergusson Street, Palmerston North) on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30PM.
Instructor Tom Robertson takes classes at the Theosophical Society Hall on Tuesdays and Fridays 10-11AM
