Environment Network Manawatū

Environment Network Manawatū is the environmental hub for our region, underpinning and supporting 60 plus member groups. ENM coordinates two collectives:
• Manawatū Food Action Network (MFAN) bringing social service and environmental organisations together to improve equitable access to healthy food. MFAN is currently implementing the 4412 Kai Resilience Project.
• Manawatū River Source to Sea (S2S) supporting membership collaboration and collective action to enhance biodiversity throughout the Manawatū River catchment. S2S’s projects are the Plastic Pollution Challenge, Ruahine Kiwi and Palmerston North Repair Cafe

How to Join

Environment Network Manawatū welcomes membership applications from formal and informal organisations with an interest in the environment of the greater Manawatū.

For the most part, individuals join our network as a participant in one or more of our member groups or as a volunteer. ENM also has a few individual affiliate members. Membership is free.

To find out more or request an application form, please contact us. Let us know about your group's activities and support needs. Depending on capacity, ENM may be able to promote non-member environmental activities in the general area of the Manawatū River Catchment.
